"Pésimo servicio, nunca está René en la oficina, o al menos eso es lo que me dicen, siempre que hablo necesito dejar mensaje de voz por que NUNCA me contestan. Es muy frustrante que como cliente esperes respuestas de tu agente y el nunca te regresa la llamada. La verdad me da dolor de cabeza cuando tengo que hablar con ellos. Siempre me dices que hable a otros departamentos y nunca me dan solución."
